Registered Holistic Nutritionist RHN
Kristen Lynnette Haralampopoulos
Lynnette is a registered holistic nutritionist dedicated to empowering others to heal naturally through proper nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and safe, noninvasive alternative therapies.
With over 30 years of experience as a diagnostic medical imaging technologist and more than 15 years as a proud alumnus of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Specializing in mitochondrial health, Lynnette emphasizes the importance of nourishing, protecting, and recharging the mitochondria—the powerhouse of our cells—to achieve optimal well-being. Her approach integrates advanced therapies such as red light therapy (RLT) and pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy to reduce chronic inflammation, stimulate healing, and enhance overall vitality.
Lynnette believes that true health begins by addressing the root causes of dysfunction rather than merely managing symptoms.
By adopting a holistic perspective that connects the body’s systems, cellular energy production, and nutrition, she helps her clients unlock their full potential and embrace a healthier, more vibrant life.
